How to Return

Email us at support@boaxente.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the reason for the return.

Get Approval
Our team will review your request and send you a return authorisation number along with the return address within 2 business days.

Ship It Back
Package the item securely and send it back using a tracked shipping service. Include the authorisation number on the package.

Refund Issued
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
